BBC States WTC 7 Had fallen before it ever fell!!!

IS THIS THERE MISTAKE OR DID THEY ALSO GET THE REPORT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BLOW DOWN BUILDING 7 LIKE THE COPS AND FIREFIGHTERS STATED. AGAIN HOW DID THEY GET THE EXPLOSIVES IN THERE SO QUICK.....THEY DID NOT....THEY WERE ALREADY THERE.
