Take Back the Media

“Of course the people do not want war. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it is a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism” Herman Goering-Nazi Leader-Nuremberg Trial

Ron Paul Leads The Pack

Stop The Lie
Thursday, May 10, 2007

How does the mainstream media justify mentioning only three Republican names as "viable candidates" (Giuliani, McCain, Romney) when NOT ONE of those men is drawing as much interest (let alone more interest) than Ron Paul?

Screenshots of Alexa current week website rankings (The lower the number, the better.)

RonPaul2008.com 31,220

MittRomney.com 54,279

JohnMccain.com 71,422

JoinRudy2008.com 85,702

To put this in perspective, the mainstream media is ignoring Ron Paul as if he were just like all the other "ignored candidates." Well, let's have a look at some of their current week website stats:

Tom Tancredo: 302,371

Sam Brownback: 436,827

Mike Huckabee: 545,375

Tommy Thompson: 578,096

Duncan Hunter: 623,668

Jim Gilmore (Not enough visits to register)

So again: How exactly is the mainstream media PRETENDING to justify putting Ron Paul in the same category as these other "ignored candidates" when interest in his campaign not only destroys all of their campaigns, but also exceeds that of the "three media darlings?"

And while we're at it, now is a good time to bring up these polls which are equally telling: http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/may2007/090507totalvictory.htm
