RACE AND THE RECLASSIFICATION OF BROWN PEOPLE!!!

I was applying for a job and I just came across this very strange info that I thought you guys might think was kind weird. As you can read below it is about race and Ethnicity, but the two are combined which leads to problems. The section of the application says they track this for affirmative action regulations and reporting to the Feds. The problem with all this is that Race and Ethnicity are two different things, so how can they put them together. Look at the Hispanic section first. Read how is says regardless of race, this would be fine but they are mixing race and nationality. There are many more blacks in South America and Central America than there are in the US and Europe so why is there race not important here, but when you look further down you see Black or of African descent. These people fit into that category also, because that is who they are. As you look further down under white, you will see North Africa and Middle East. Since when did people of Majority Black and Arab races become White? This is another attempt by the US Government to hide the true identity of our people by classifying people in these areas as White, when clearly they look nothing like people of Europe or Caucasians. Again, people that know history and just read a little, know who lives in Africa, and the middle east and they surely cannot be classified as WHITE, but the US has to boost their numbers. Even The Pat Buchanan in his new books states that Whites are falling behind in numbers and not having as many children as other races, so they have to keep classifying other people as being White instead of the true identity. This is the same thing they tried to pull with Egypt thinking people were dumb. They would reclassify Arabs as White, now that Arabs have had control of parts of Northern Africa for some years now. Any person with a since of basic history knows that Blacks have had control of Africa and the "Middle East" for pretty much all times before that. Don't believe me just go look it up, better yet when I went to Jordan this year, I was talking with a tour guide. He asked how I liked it here and in this part of the world and he said WELCOME HOME!!!!!!!!! Of course I knew what he meant right away, but I asked him anyway. He admitted that our people all over this part of the world and in control for a very long time. THIS IS A JORDANIAN ARAB GUY ADMITTING THIS. THE FACT IS THIS IS NOT A ADMISSION, THIS I JUST FACT AND HISTORY, BUT THEY NEVER TEACH US THINGS LIKE THIS, YOU HAVE TO FIND IT OUT FOR YOURSELF B/C WE DO NOT THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AND WE AR ENOT IN CONTROL OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THIS NATION, OUR STATES AND OUR SCHOOLS.
